Common questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to everything in both plans. At the end of your trial, you pick Solo ($9/mo) or Pro ($15/mo). No surprises.
How does the one-click invoicing work?
When you are ready to invoice a client, Billflow pulls every logged hour for that client into a draft invoice automatically. You review the line items, adjust if needed, and click Send. That is it.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only on the Pro plan, and only if you want clients to pay online via the payment link. Stripe setup takes about 2 minutes. On the Solo plan you can still send PDF invoices and receive payment however you like.
Can I track time across multiple projects for the same client?
Yes. You can create any number of projects per client. Each project has its own timer, and when you invoice that client, Billflow groups the hours by project in the invoice line items.
What if I already use Toggl or Harvest?
You can import your existing time entries via CSV. Most freelancers find they can migrate in under 10 minutes and set up in Billflow the same afternoon.
